				&lt;p&gt;I accidentally converted a video podcast (mov format) to the AAC format in iTunes. I expected the program to report an error. But no. iTunes did the job and I ended up with only the audio, ready to go to my iPod.&lt;/p&gt;
				&lt;p&gt;This comes in handy. Use iTunes to extract the audio from a video.&lt;/p&gt;
